•   Intermediate _____I have a background in music theory, including jazz harmony and improvisation.  I am somewhat
experienced in live performance, having worked with both single accompanists and with a band.  I am developing and progressing
in the areas of vocal technique, jazz improvisation.  I am becoming confident on stage in communicating with the audience and
in communicating with the band during live performance. I am making noticeable progress in phrasing, scatting.
•   Advanced _____ I am very knowledgeable in area of music theory, with full
understanding of jazz harmony and improvisation.  I am very experienced in live jazz performance with different accompanists,
both small group and large. I am experienced in several areas of all vocal technique, in jazz improvisation skills, and in communicating
with both the audience and with the band. Very confident in areas of phrasing, scatting.
